Shipping policy

Our Current TAT (Turn-Around Time) is 10-14 business days. Most orders are completed long before that, but this allows me cushion for when I need to order more products. If I feel as if your order will take longer, I will reach out to you! TAT for Ready to Ship (RTS) items is 3-5 days, though most of the time they are able to ship faster than that!

I ship the following Monday/Tuesday after the order has been completed. During the summer months this helps avoid the candles and wax melts being left in a hot truck and melting!
